CHRISTIAN UNITY IN EXPECTATION OF THE RAPTURE

God bless you for taking your time to study.

CHRISTIAN UNITY IN EXPECTATION OF THE RAPTURE
TEXT: JOHN 14:1-3

SATURDAY DECEMBER 31st

Key verse: 2 Thessalonians 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
From the beginning, God exists in three Persons. We cannot talk in detail about Him because it is not given to us on earth to know the fullness of God. The secret things belong unto Him. It is the things that are revealed to us that are for us and our children. God exists in three Persons which is revealed to us in a redemptive way through His Son, Jesus Christ. When Christ came to the world to save mankind, He died and resurrected and when He was to ascend, He told His followers that He is coming back again. He returned to heaven after death and resurrection and promised to come back again. The rapture shall fulfill the promise made in John 14. It will only be experienced by believers to reward them for their labors.
When sin came through Adam, physical death was appointed for all men but at the rapture, people will be translated and put on glorious bodies to meet the Lord in the air. The Lord will return with us to heaven for seven years, where the marriage supper of the Lamb will take place. The Lord has been saying the church is a wife (bride) to Him and it is at this time that the wedding shall be done. It shall be a great occasion to be witnessed by angels. You shall be dressed by your good works. In this period of seven years, there shall be the judgment seat of Christ where the faithful believers shall receive a reward for their service while others who are unfaithful shall suffer loss. The Lord shall judge our works to determine our reward. The rapture can take place at any time and what is expected of the church is to be ready at all times.
Revelation 19:7-8 7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

Thought of the day: O God, remove confusion from Your church.

Song for the day: He is coming back again my Lord is coming back again.

Bible reading for the day: Malachi; Revelation 22

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
