WORSHIPPING GOD IN THE BEAUTY OF HOLINESS

God bless you for taking your time to study.

TOPIC: WORSHIPPING GOD IN THE BEAUTY OF HOLINESS

TEXT: PSALM: 96: 4-10

MONDAY DECEMBER 19th

Key verse: 1 Chronicle: 16:29 Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name, bring an offering and come before him, worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.
God is holy and deserves respect and honor. God cannot behold evil. He is just and righteous. God is the Creator of heaven and earth and everything in it. He is mighty. No one can deal with Him in sin because He cannot behold evil. So, any man that worships Him should worship and praise Him in the beauty of holiness because He is holy. Some churches today have lost or deviated from the true service of worshipping God. They serve and worship God carelessly in sin, not fearing God but God is not like man-made gods that you can deal with anyhow. Psalm: 47:7-8 For God is the king of all the earth, sing ye praises with understanding. God reigneth over the heathen, God sitteth upon the throne of His holiness.
In some of the denominational churches, they sing and praise God without understanding God. And their praises and worship are not meaningful and pleasant. God does not accept it. They call and use the name of the Lord carelessly or dishonorably. Proverbs: 18:10 The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous runneth into it, and be safe. To serve and worship God, you must understand who God is and serve Him without being an evildoer or sinner, so that your worship will be meaningful and acceptable unto God. 1 Peter: 1: 15-17 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversations. Because it is written, Be ye holy, for I am holy. And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of person judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear.

Thought for the day: God is to be worshipped in understanding and the beauty of Holiness.

Song for the day: Holy, holy, holy, holy is the Lord

Bible reading for the day: Micah 1-3; Revelation 10

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
