ONE LORD, ONE FAITH, ONE BAPTISM

God bless you for taking your time to study.

ONE LORD, ONE FAITH, ONE BAPTISM

TEXT: EPHESIANS 4:3-6

TUESDAY DECEMBER 6th

Key verse: Ephesians 4:4-5-There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
There is one body; the church. This one church has the property that makes it one. So, if where you are is a church of Christ, it must have this property. It says, there is one body; the body of Christ. That church should be part of the body of Christ, and if it must be part of the body of Christ, the Bible says it should also be controlled, ruled, directed, formulated, and regenerated by one Spirit; the Spirit of God. That church must be the handwork of the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God has worked in that church. The people are born again; the people are living in the liberty of God, free from sin. For where the Spirit of God is, there is liberty; liberty from sin, freedom from the devil.
One hope, even as we are called off one calling with the same mind to go to heaven, the hope of salvation that one day, we shall leave this earth and go to heaven. This is the hope of that church. One faith: Faith talks about one doctrine, the same belief. We should believe and practice the same thing. One baptism: This speaks of transformation, regeneration, cleansing, and born-again gain experience that all who are in Christ receive.
One Lord: One Jesus that commands the affairs of that church, the Lord and Master in authority. If that church belongs to Him, it must submit to Him and not to the authority of man. It must not have Jesus in the second position as it has been in the Catholic Church where Mary is exalted above Jesus. That is not His church. He must be exalted above man, above the preacher, above everybody. He must be the Lord; before Him, everybody bows and every tongue confesses; even the tongue of the preacher.

Thought for the day: Do not be divided by denominationalism. Be one in Christ.

Song for the day: We are heirs of the Father, we arejointheirss with the Son …

Bible reading for the day: Daniel 7-8; 1 John 5

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...
