Follow Divine Guidance and Orderliness In Your Marriage Process

For taking your time to study remain blessed.

Topic: Follow Divine Guidance and Orderliness In Your Marriage Process October Thursday 1st

Text: Acts 16: 4-5

Key verse: 1 Corinthians 14: 40 Let all things be done decently and in order.

God is an orderly God. He loves orderliness. By His divine order, He has arranged the universe in a way that nothing conflicts with the other. He said in His word, “Let all things be done decently and in order.” He is not a God of confusion. In this respect you must have proper understanding of marriage matters. Go about your marriage in a decent and orderly manner so that the holiness we are preaching and teaching would be practicable among us, especially among the youths and the unmarried amongst us. Are you really desirous of going to heaven? Then, do not allow your hunger and thirst for marriage take away eternal life from you. Be careful, otherwise, you may end up in this hell fire which you have been testifying and warning people about. There is need for proper understanding of the word and ways of God so that you too can escape hell after distributing the CDs and evangelising others.

The apostles taught some doctrines to guard the people and ensure proper administration in the Church. Holiness is not possible without proper administration in the Church. It is important to teach the people and guide them on ways to do things otherwise they will scatter things and disorderliness and sin will set in. Since Holiness Revival Movement is a body of believers, we must have instructions or rules guiding it. Of course, what instructions do we have other than the righteous instructions of Scripture? Jesus says, “Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you.”

We have no rules or instructions outside the commandment of Jesus, and by the same instructions righteous churches in time past were established in the faith. Things were done decently and in order. As we grow up to become a recognized body of believers, such that people in various places say they are members of Holiness Movement, it becomes essential to prescribe guidelines and regulations for brethren to follow in processing marriage and other issues pertaining to life and godliness. This is the Lord’s doing and it is marvellous in our sight. The earth shall be filled with the knowledge and holiness of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.

Thought for the day: Be careful that you don’t marry an unbeliever.

Song for the day: Lord teach me Your word.....

Bible reading for the day:

Isaiah 22-23; Ephesians 3

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
