BEWARE OF ALL KINDS OF REVELATIONS FLYING About.

For taking your time to study remain blessed.

TOPIC: BEWARE OF ALL KINDS OF REVELATIONS FLYING About.   September Monday 7th

TEXT: Jeremiah 14:14-15

KEY VERSE: Jeremiah 23:25 I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed.

When we talk about revelations, we must be very careful because almost everybody in the church today is now a prophet or prophetess. “The Lord told me, the Lord spoke to me, the Lord revealed to me” is all you hear now. They make themselves prophets of lying wonders, speaking in the spirit of lies and the imaginations of their hearts. They dramatize it in a wonderful way. They even act it out like a movie, how Jesus visited them. They publish it in a way that it looks so real as they say, “The Spirit of the Lord ministered to me…” All the thoughts of their hearts are to make God a liar because when you examine their prophecy with diligence and in the light of scripture, the Lord is not in it. It is all part of their business gimmick to make a merchandize of the people. We must watch against these false prophets. Their judgement will certainly come because they are mixing original with fake. They want to confuse the people just for their gain and for their pride. Watch out, for it is not everybody that says he is a Christian, or a pastor, or a prophet that is one.

People have gone to demons to receive powers of witchcraft, sorcery and necromancy to promote prophetic ministries. They receive inspiration to see into the past lives of people, to get information about family members. These are demonic revelations. Satan has history of churches, persons, families and societies, which are all in his book of history. So, he can peep into it and supply you information and it becomes a revelation. You must be very careful so that you don’t play into his hands. What exactly are you looking for? Are you not looking for Jesus? The devil has sprinkled the desire for revelation in the hearts of the people at this end time that this is all they crave for. If you get carried away by the desire for prophecy, you will miss the way of God and follow Satan on a road that leads to a dead end. But if you are rich in the word, revelation will have better meaning to you because you will have ability to discern between the fake and original.

Thought for the day: Test every spirit.

Song for the day: I will never let the devil win the battle……

Bible reading for the day: Proverbs 11-12; 1 Corinthians 15:33-58

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
