TOPIC: BEWARE OF DENOMINATIONAL PRIDE May Friday 1st
Text: Genesis 12:1-3
Key verse: John 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

When Peter came to the house of Cornelius he said, I have never visited the Gentiles. It is a strange thing to him so he was careful. He has never visited the uncircumcised according to him. They called them the uncircumcised. He did not know what God was doing. He did not know the move of God, the dispensational plan of God. So you might be like these people that find it difficult to leave their churches. How would you leave your church? You were born there. Your church is number one. It is the first church. It is the best church. The most spiritual church! In today’s bible reading, the Lord told Abraham to leave his land, his kindred, his father’s house, to a land that He would show him.

All you have been doing in your church might not give you the fullness of God. It might not even give God the chance to work out in your life what He desires for you. In essence, you might have been limiting God. Tradition has been limiting God in your life. Your pride, your denominational pride has been limiting God in your life and He is now saying to you, “Come, I am God of all the earth. Come to a land I will show you. I want to show you that something is going on somewhere that is My doing. Something has begun in the corner of the world. I am the God of new things. I renew the surface of the earth, I renew Christianity, I renew My people, I revive them.” That is why the Lord brought you to HOREMOW.

The Lord told Abram, “I will bless them that bless thee.” When God is interested in a man, a man that is working very hard for him, if you greet that man to make him happy, you have made God happy because you have encouraged him in the way of love. He that giveth a cup of cool water to any one of these shall not lack his reward because you are encouraging them. You will receive a prophet’s reward, because you are encouraging the prophet. Now some of you have been sowing seed in wrong places. You sow seed in the ministry of backsliders. Don’t sow seed to encourage the devil, to multiply his kingdom and promote his false prophets.

Thought for the day: The full presence of God is not in most denominations.
Song for the day: We are heirs of the Father
Bible reading for the day:
1 Kings 1-2; Luke 22:54-71

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

January Saturday 18th TOPIC: HOW TO ATTAIN BIBLE HOLINESS TEXT: Romans 6:20-23 KEY VERSE: Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. Besides the essential knowledge of the holy life of a Christian, it is good to understand the manner and process of becoming holy before God. Holiness of life is a life that has overcome sin through the saving power of Jesus Christ. Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. It is a life that does not commit sin. 1John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for His seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. Getting this experience requires four things: 1. Know that apart from holiness, there is no alternative lifestyle for heaven. Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holin...
