TOPIC: THE WEARING OF TROUSERS BY WOMEN (PART 1) April Monday 20th
Text: Proverbs 7:10-13
Key verse: Deuteronomy 22:5 “The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.”
Question: Why is it not preached in most churches that wearing of trousers by women is forbidden by the Lord?
Answer: I don’t know whether you should be asking me this question or the pastors of all these churches that have refused to preach the truth of the word of God. But let me say that to my understanding, women wear trousers because of the spirit of whoredom or the spirit of harlotry in them. This is so because trouser is the uniform of a harlot. It helps the harlot to find a victim. It helps her to market her commodity to get the opposite sex aroused as they view the shape of her private part. The woman knows that if a man is able to feed on the shape of her private part he will be aroused and lust after her. Harlots have found a way of putting their private parts on public display through the wearing of trousers. I can safely say that it is for the same reason that wearing of trousers by women is prevalent these days. It is able to help them market themselves. It is able to make their buttocks to appear bare, tight and seductive. Because men are naturally moved by what they see, the tendency is for them to be aroused when they see a woman in trouser walk by. With the exception of a few that can resist such a pull, their minds will be on what their eyes have fed on and they will continue to think about the private part of that women.
There is hardly a man that will see a woman wearing trouser and his eyes will not go first to her private part. It only happens that when the eyes go there, some will restrain themselves and reject sinful thoughts; which shows the difference between a saved man and a natural man. The true Christians are those that immediately switch their heart to the right way before what they have seen entices them into sin. But if a women dresses properly with a wrapper, such temptation will be completely absent. If a woman wears a godly skirt or gown, it does not entice or seduce any man. It is only men with the fear of God that can resist and reject lustful thoughts when they see ungodly dressing by women in trousers. Most of these young converts shipwreck their faith due of the seductive dressing of these women. The undeniable truth is that you cannot be a Christian woman and wear trousers.
