QUESTION AND ANSWER SERIES (TRUE AND FALSE REVELATION)
TEXT: 1 John 4: 1-6
KEY VERSE: 1 John 4: 6 “We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.”
QUESTION: How can a believer differentiate between true and false revelation messages because there are some with conflicting messages especially on how women should handle their hair?
ANSWER: (Part 2)
The Bible calls the Government, those in authority over us ministers of God. Here the government empowers the military and paramilitary and God recognizes the sword, the weapon they are holding and God is saying if you do not want to be punished by their weapon, behave well in the society. If you behave well in the society, the gun they are holding will protect you. They are criminals so that you can live well in the society. The Bible says if you do that which is evil be afraid they will use their guns on you. They will use their sword on you because they are ministers of God to judge the wicked ones in the land. The reason why armed robbers and kidnappers are curtailed is because of soldiers and policemen doing their work and ready to serve you well. Will God now send you to the government that He is against order and peace and does not want you to hold guns to fight criminals? How then will peace reign in the land? Rather the Bible tells us to submit to the government for peace and order in the society. The soldiers came to John the Baptist asking, what shall we do? He said be satisfied with your wages and do violence to no man.
So that revelation is from Satan it is not from Jesus. If anybody brings any doctrine that is different from this doctrine receive him not into your house. From the revelation Kingsley was bringing that are contrary to scripture it shows that the first one he brought out was a seductive material, it was enticing the world to believe that something good was coming. It is an enticement so all those things should be avoided. Now for others who have revelations, we are accountable for those with our names written on it. Any other ones that come subsequently, we are not accountable. Let everybody judge by himself. So if you come across any revelation before you say it is Holiness Revival Movement whether our name is there or is not there, find out whether we are aware. Otherwise you will be thinking we are giving contradictory messages. Note that our attention is not only on revelations, we preach the whole Bible. Revelations are spices to quicken you to make you interested in what God id doing, then let us go on to the Bible doctrines. I think when Satan saw that this revelation was encouraging people he sponsored a contrary one to bring discourage.
Thought for the day: Revelation and the Bible must agree.
Song for the day: Lift Jesus higher
Bible reading for the day:

KEY VERSE: It came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, one of His disciples said, Lord, teach us how to pray as John taught his disciples. Luke 11: 1. When Jesus Christ came to us in the flesh, He went into the business of prayer because He was promoting the attribute of God as a prayer-answering God. He would not render that attribute idle or redundant. Nobody knew how John did it, but Jesus reveals here that the success you saw in the ministry of John the Baptist, the victory you saw in his ministry, is because he was a prayer man. John so much valued prayer. He saw the essentials of pr...
