HOLINESS IS A UNIVERSAL EXPERIENCE WEDNESDAY MARCH 7
Text: James 2:10-11
Key Verse: “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.” James 2:10
The holy life we have been called into requires much carefulness and diligence. To go to heaven require much diligence. Holiness is comparable to the sun in the sky. The sun is a universal object. What does it mean to be universal? The sun is universal because there is no place, no nation, village, community, ocean, mountain or hill that does not see the sun, the sun shines everywhere. So also holiness is universal. It is not an aspect of a man’s life. The light of holiness must shine and stand out in every ramification of your life. Holiness must touch every facet of your life. Holiness must touch your business, relationship, thoughts, dressing and inward character. Holiness is not only in your inward but also in your outward appearance. Holiness is a universal experience, wherever you are, whatever is your tribe, language, race, nation, you can live a holy life. Anything that is a sin, you don’t do it, you don’t touch it, you don’t go or stand where there is iniquity.
In holiness, ensure no area of your life lies idle, let no portion of your life be left untouched, let no area of your life show that the word of God has not reach there, let it not be seen that an area of your life has not been immersed in Christ. Come to a point that you are no longer committing sin, thinking sin, speaking sin, drinking sin, eating sin. You are to be holy in all areas. Holiness is 360˚, holiness is 100%. You are to do good always. Do good to all men whether they appreciate it or not because you are doing it to God. You are obeying the commandment of God, you are doing it because of God. Being easily offended will defile you. Examine the situation very well before you speak. Don’t be hasty in speaking words or taking action or else you will sin and come and say God I’m sorry, you are disqualified. Examine the stories you tell very well to ensure there is no sin, examine the testimonies you give and ensure there is no lie, no exaggeration. Bear long with people, know that people can make mistake, don’t seek to find fault, don’t major on people’s mistakes, because they can perfect, endure, be humble.
Thought for the day: Come to a point that you are no longer committing sin
Song for the day: Make me righteous (3x) Oh Lord…..

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
