TOPIC: THESE SIGNS SHALL FOLLOW YOU. SUNDAY JULY 30
TEXT: MARK 16:15-18
KEY VERSE: Key Verse: “And when he had called unto Him His twelve disciples, He gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease”. (Matthew 10:1).

God uses various ways to reveal Himself to man and to confirm the truth of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. When He sends Moses to Egypt to deliver the children of Israel from bondage and bring them to the land of Canaan, He gave Moses the power to demonstrate to Israel supernatural signs to prove that God was behind his message. Jesus has empowered His faithful preachers to demonstrate the truth of the gospel through signs and wonders
We have the command from Christ to go everywhere and preach the gospel to everyone. The goodness of the gospel message is in: (1) Forgiveness of sins in Christ Jesus. (2) A new life in Christ Jesus. (3) Eternal life through faith in Christ Jesus. (4) Escape from eternal damnation through faith in Christ Jesus. (5) Diverse blessings, miracles, signs and wonders through Christ Jesus. (6) Full victory from Satan and breaking of all curses through Christ Jesus.
Whosoever believes the gospel and is baptized shall be saved. To believe the gospel is to: (1) Repent from your sin. (2) To turn from the power of Satan. (3) To come to God through faith in Jesus Christ. (4) To walk in a newness of life. (5) To join the people of God to worship God.
The signs of the gospel are to make people believe in Christ so they can be saved. These signs include: healing, deliverance, casting out of evil spirits and diverse miracles. The miracles are to make you believe or to judge you if you remain in unbelief. The miracles of God are to be received, observed, respected and testified of.
Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. He is seated on the right-hand side of God the Father where He constantly intercedes for the saints. He works with gospel preachers everywhere and every day to confirm the word with signs and wonders. Believe in Him today and see His wonders in your life.
“And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all” (Acts 3:16).

Thought for the day: Signs are to follow us as we preach the gospel, but we are not to follow the signs.
Song for the day: Signs and wonders (2x), shall follow me
Bible reading for the day: Psalm 59-61; Acts 28:16-31

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
