For taking your time to study remain blessed. TOPIC: SCRIPTURAL CLARIFICATION ON JEWELRIES AND BODILY ADORNMENTS. WEDNESDAY JULY 12 TEXT: Jeremiah 8:8-12 KEY VERSE: Nehemiah 8:8 So they read in the book in the law of God distinctly, and gave the sense, and caused them to understand the reading. Ezekiel 16:1-3 Again the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Son of man, cause Jerusalem to know her abominations, And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto Jerusalem. Some scriptural texts and passages appear in the sight of some people to support the use of jewelry for bodily decoration. These passages will require proper interpretation to make them know that the scripture does not contradict itself. 1.) Ezekiel 16. For example, what the Lord said in Ezekiel 16 on Jewelry is an allegorical statement concerning Jerusalem as a city. It is not addressing a real woman. This can be understood from the opening verses of the chapter quoted above. God was talking of the great investment in gold and mineral resources He had made in the city of Jerusalem, yet they did not consider Him but went into idolatry. Idolatry of the people of God is liken to the prostitution of a woman. The items of bodily decoration used by harlots for their profession are what God said Jerusalem was dressed with. In summary, the Lord is saying “You used my wealth invested on your land to decorate yourself and your city and have brought to the city idol worship from the surrounding nations. You have forgotten Me who gave you these things to beautify your city.” It would be unfortunate for any woman to apply this scripture to herself, claiming that God has given her jewelry. This scripture, Ezekiel 16, shows clearly that the use of jewelry is restrictive of harlots and prostitutes. 2.) Luke 15: 22, 23. The father of the prodigal son, not Jesus, not the heavenly Father ordered a ring on the hand of his son. When Joseph was given a ring by Pharaoh it connoted acceptance of Joseph by Pharaoh. The ring also indicated that Pharaoh had given Joseph honour and right to leadership of Egypt. These were secular scenes and had no spiritual connections. Let not the children of God see them as scriptures justifying the use of rings by believers. All scripture in the Bible that are considered speaking in support of the use of jewelry by believers have different meaning if given the appropriate interpretation. The godly characters in the Bible never used them. Stay away from them. To dress in a scripturally forbidding manner is to be defiled and nothing defiled or defiling shall enter Heaven (Revelation 21:8, 27). Ezekiel 3:17 Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at My mouth, and give them warning from Me. Be God’s watchman. Preach this message everywhere you go and everywhere you are, to everyone. Keep a watchful eye over the Church of Christ, over Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide to purge it of these evils and preserve it. Reprove the erring ones and restore the backsliders. Refer stubborn cases to higher leadership for appropriate actions. Work is love, work is wisdom, keep yourself in the bound of truth. Thought for the day: Know the whole truth and be free from blame. Song for the day: When we walk with the Lord in the light of His Word Bible reading for the day: Psalm 7-9; Acts 17:1-15 #horemow.

THE LORD IS REMOVING UNCIRCUMCISED LEADERS

REMAIN BLESSED AS YOU TAKE YOUR TIME TO STUDY THE WORD OF GOD. THURSDAY 30 DECEMBER THE LORD IS REMOVING UNCIRCUMCISED LEADERS TEXT: NUMBERS 14: 26-31  Key verse: Matthew 20:16 So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many  be called, but few chosen. Completion of the angelic message: The Lord continued. “Because of this mandate given to you, I am removing around you the uncircumcised leaders. I am going to fill their place with righteous and holy leaders from various nations and races.” Truly I had pondered if any minister has suffered like this. People I loved, cherished and lived peacefully with suddenly began to speak evil against me to my shock. Well, it happens in politics, but is limited to their countries, whereas mine is international! Yes, some ministers may have suffered these things, but that was before the advent of the Internet, so their sufferings were limited. Maybe through letters or newspapers for a limited time, but my own is in the world of the I...
