TUESDAY JULY 11 TEXT: Romans 10:1-3 KEY VERSE: For these things I weep; mine eye, mine eye runneth down with water, because the comforter that should relieve my soul is far from me: my children are desolate, because the enemy prevailed. Lamentation 12:16. “Behold, all souls are Mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is Mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.” Ezekiel 18: 4; The judgment of God is surely coming upon sinners. When you see your relations, and know that this particular relation of mine shall be damned in hell forever and ever; that this my father shall be damned in Hell; this my mother shall be damned in Hell; this my goodly neighbour shall be damned in Hell; you look round and consider that judgment is surely coming upon the sinners because of the wickedness and evil of their way, there must be concern in your heart. And bearing in mind the little you know of hell – the sufferings of hell, the crying, the agony and eternity of hell – when you look back and see a man in his car with a prostitute “enjoying” life, do you just sit down and do nothing? When you see a woman in trousers moving on the street, there should be a burden, a concern for her. If you consider that little children go to Hell too (those who are in the age of accountability,) you see that Hell is waiting for them for their stubbornness, witchcraft and wickedness, it disturbs your heart, it troubles your mind. That is the passion! This is expected of you as a soul winner. There is the free gift of salvation and eternal life in Christ, according to Romans 6: 23 “For the wages of death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” When you now see the gift of God, that this people can be saved; that this man can become a changed man; that this woman (though very troublesome) can become a renewed woman, a godly woman; that this woman that people are running away from because she’s a witch, can be a nice woman, a transformed woman, a noble woman in the things of God; when you see that because of the gift of God in Christ Jesus and the salvation freely given, these people can be saved, you feel concerned, you feel troubled in your heart, that’s the passion we‘re talking about! Paul the apostle felt the passion for souls and said, “I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart. For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh.” He was so troubled because they say they are serving God already but did not know His righteousness. They were not born again. They served very zealously but not in the right way. They had not found Christ and would not escape the judgment. Thought for the day: Jesus had sympathy on you, show sympathy to sinners also Song for the day: Who will tell them that Jesus died for sinful world? Bible reading for the day: Psalm 4-6; Acts 16:16-40 #horemow.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
