TOPIC:  THAT SICKNESS IS CURABLE!  MONDAY JULY 17
TEXT:  LUKE 8:43-48
KEY VERSE:  And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. (Acts 3:16).

The term 'incurable sickness' is what men use to describe some sicknesses that have defied all medical solutions. In our reading text, was that not the experience of the woman with the Issue of blood until she met Jesus? What is incurable with men is curable with God. Where men’s effort stop, that is where God’s miracle begins.

“For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.” (Jeremiah 30:17).

Jesus bore all our sicknesses and diseases on His body by the stripes he received and has commanded His ministers to also heal all manner of sicknesses and all manner of diseases. Stop doubting and put your trust in God. Soon and very soon, your deliverance will come on two conditions:

         i.            If ye have faith ye shall say … Remove hence  … and it shall remove. (Matthew 17:20).
ii.            If thou canst believeall things are possible to him that believeth.  (Mark 9:23).

What Are You To Believe?

Believe in the power of God, believe in the finished atonement of Christ, believe in the name of Jesus, believe His ministers of faith. Prayers that received healing from incurable sickness in the Bible range from simple prayer of faith to agonizing prayer of faith. “And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out?  And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.” (Mark 9:28-29)
A leper received healing from a simple prayer of faith: “Lord if thou will thou canst make me clean.” (Matthew 8:2). Two blind men cried after Jesus, praying.  “Thou Son of David have mercy on us”. They had faith for their healing. Jesus touched their eyes and they were healed. A woman of Canaan cried after Jesus with a persevering and importunate prayer of faith and got her daughter delivered. King Hezekiah, a righteous servant of God, prayed earnestly with tears for God to heal him of the boil that was claiming his life and he got the miracle.

The name of Jesus heals all sicknesses and diseases and delivers from all kinds of satanic oppression. Faith in the name of Jesus gives complete healing. Jesus is the Anointed One. His Name has the anointing that breaks the yoke. Acts 3:16; Mark 10:27.

Thought for the day: Have faith and receive your healing.
Song for the day: You are the Lord that healeth us.
Bible reading for the day: Psalm 22-24; Acts 20:1-16

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
