Let us discuss some strategies used to deceived people: Envy and jealousy - Gen 4:1-8: Cain killed his brother because of jealousy and envy. The same envy and jealousy made Joseph’s brothers to sell him, because Joseph said, my sheaf stood upright and the rest eleven sheaves bowed to mine. Above all that the sun, the moon and eleven stars bowed to me. Temptation of sin - Gen.39:7: Pharaoh’s wife was excellently beautiful and Joseph was wonderfully handsome. It was Satan that was using the face of the beautiful woman to try to remove the star of God from Joseph. Conspiracy - Exodus 1:15-17: The devil has the plans to use the people close to you, those who serve you, those that give you food. Please be careful. Many careless people have gone the way of Samson. Samson died before his time. Evil counselors - 2 Samuel 15:12; 16:4: There was conspiracy between Absalom and Ahithophel, against David to overthrow him. Absalom employed the services of Ahithophel, David’s counselor to advise him. Note that the devil can use some one very close to you against you, your spouse, your special sponsor etc. Negotiation – Judas negotiated to sell our Master Jesus to the enemies. Do not negotiate the integrity of your Christian life. Your soul is so precious, do not compromise for a plate of pottage. Thought of the day: The evil one made many saints to drink of her fornication. Please beware! Song of the day: Unto Thee O Lord, do I lift up my soul… Bible reading for the day: Judges 10-11; Luke 9:1-36 #horemow.

You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
