DEAD CHILD RAISED TO LIFE WEDNESDAY APRIL 12 TEXT: 2 KINGS 4: 18 – 27 Key Verse: “Then he returned, and walked in the house to and fro; and went up, and stretched himself upon him: and the child sneezed seven times, and the child opened his eyes” 2 Kings 4: 35 Praise the Lord for He has done great things for us. A sister, who is a Women Coordinator in Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide, testified of God’s miraculous intervention in bringing a dead child back to life. The sister, a Proprietress of a School in Abuja, narrated that on that fateful day, the mother of the child brought the child to the School but the child was very sick, vomiting, shivering and crying. The child was put in the care of a Nanny. Suddenly, the Nanny shouted for help! As she rushed down there, she discovered that the child was already dead, and becoming cold with slight bluish colour. She shouted, Jesus! Jesus! Jesus! She started pleading for mercy in tears, pleading for restoration of the life of the child. Other members of Staff and brethren around joined her in fervent prayers. According to her, she dreaded the idea of handing over a dead child to the mother, being a mother also herself. Matthew 18: 18 – 19 (18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.) After a period of prayers, the child came back to life! Glory be to God! May the name of the Lord alone be exalted and magnified for His mercies and spectacular intervention. Thank You Lord Jesus. It was with great relief and joy that our sister later handed over the child to the mother, in sound condition of health. Praise the Lord. Psalms 107: 19 – 20 (19 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their distresses. 20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. Thought for the day: With God all things are possible Song for the day: Call upon Me in the day of trouble, Call upon Me I will answer you. Bible reading for the day: 1 Samuel 10-12; Luke 13:22-35 #horemow.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
