Effective Methods Of Soul-Winning (Part 1)

Wednesday 22nd April

Text: Isaiah 48:17-19
Key Verse: Romans 8: 14; For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
The following are some methods of souls winning to which can be rightly applied to win soul to Christ. The methods listed here are not exhaustive.
The source of wisdom and instruction is the Holy Spirit and He will guide you to
the right methods for every case.
1. Personal Evangelism: It is ever the way of getting people to Christ. Go out and talk to people personally. Go out and minister to people. As people come to you, always say a word of the gospel. I am talking to passionate soul winners, sons and daughters of the living God who know that God left them in this world for the purpose of shining as light and showing people the way to Jesus. Andrew heard Jesus and spake to his brother Simon, saying, “We have found the Messiah, the Christ.” Also, Philip found Nathaniel and said unto him, “We have found Him, Jesus of Nazareth.”
2. Town Cry Evangelism: This involves morning, afternoon, and evening cry in the neighbourhood, preaching and telling them to accept Jesus. You may do this in the afternoon or in the night. Many shall hear you and repent and turn to Christ.  Jonah’s town cry in Nineveh brought repentance to the people of Nineveh.
3. Open Air Evangelism: Ministering to people in their houses through tapes, CDs, or live preaching through public address system. You can use CDs or DVDs and put the message in a radio set or disc player and place it in your neighbourhood. As the message is playing, the people that are in that environment are listening to the word of God. Those of them who don't go to church will hear the word of God at home and the word will penetrate them. You can expand and have more loudspeakers, fix them in your house to make every person as far as possible to hear the word. It can be vehicle moving round the city, spreading the word around using a public address system.

Thought For The Day: Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet.

Song For The Day: Send the light, the blessed gospel light …

For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...

Every Word Of God For Daily Living For taking your time to study remain blessed July Tuesday 9th TOPIC: WE ARE IN THE TWILIGHT HOUR OF RAPTURE TEXT: Ephesians 5:26-27 KEY VERSE: Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Seeing the traces of the features of the next dispensation in this present dispensation, you should know that you are in the twilight hour. What is a twilight hour? A twilight hour is that hour of the day that you begin to see the traces of the night while it is still daylight (probably 7:00pm to 7:30pm). It is not completely dark, yet it is not complete bright either. While it is still day, you are seeing the traces of the night. A twilight hour is the hour when you are still in this dispensation but you are already seeing traces of the next. The twilight hour is the time that our Lord Jesus Christ was born and even though He came with the New Test...
