Woe Unto Me If I Preach Not The Gospel

Monday 9th February 

Text: 2 Kings 7:9-11
Key Verse: For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel! 1 Corinthians. 9:16.
God wants us to awake to real passion as Paul. Are you a child of God? Do you know that woe is unto you if you preach not the Gospel? Let me tell you, Mordecai told Esther, “We are perishing here and you are seating at ease in the King's palace thinking that you are a queen and that the King cannot permit you to be killed? Are you thinking that you are going to be saved; that if we all die you will remain?”
Do you think that if you don't preach the Gospel you will go to heaven?  Your life is in this preaching. If you keep quiet in that your neighbourhood, all of you are going to Hell, including yourself; forget the Jesus you said you have! Keep quiet in that city and all of you will perish altogether, despite the Jesus you said you have! Keep quiet in that your workplace and all of you will perish every one of you! Who told you that you are going to be saved if you live among sinners seeing them crying out of their sinful burden, going the way of Hell and you fold your hands, mocking and saying, “I am saved; thank God for my soul.” If you want real salvation, to be free from the blood of all men, go and redeem them. Run after them and labour. That is the reason you are left on earth. Passion for souls works heaviness and continual sorrow in the heart of a soul winner for those who are perishing without Christ. So, saints, weep and mourn for perishing souls. Lamentation 1:16. Can you hear the mourning of some saints here?  Are you not going to cry for your family that this old Devil has prevailed against? Are you not going to cry for the churches that gather under falsehood? Are you not going to cry and say, “Help O God, the Devil has prevailed!” That old Devil laughs anytime he gets a soul for Hell! Are you not going to cry because the Church is running swiftly into the hand of the Devil the devourer? Are you not going to be concerned?Thought For The Day: Know that woe is unto you if you preach not the gospel
