Neither Originate Nor Join Rebellion In The House Of God

Sunday 22nd February

Text: Numbers 16:3-9
Key Verse: 2 Timothy 3:7 “Ever learning but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.”
How did Korah convince great men of renown to rebel against God? Where were these men of renown with all the miracles of God in Egypt and in the wilderness? Where were these men when the commandment was given, when the mountain was shaken by the voice of God with the smoke and the burning fire? They were there, but these things never sank into their hearts. Brethren, don’t be here in HOREMOW in vain, such that these things happening here never sink into your heart. A duck will swim in the water, but when it comes out of the water, it will shake off the water from the feathers and remain dry. Should you be here as an overseer or leader and be indifferent? If you are given a message to preach on the pulpit, should your heart not be in it? The fear of God is not there because you are still in the flesh. Your eyes have not opened to this glory. People over there are saying, “Wonderful,” but you are in the presence of God, and nothing moves you?
It is shocking how Korah convinced these people. They were not careful to obey scripture’s warning that you should lay hand on no man suddenly. If they were careful as the scripture said we should not easily take sides but check out facts, Korah wouldn’t have succeeded in co-opting the nobles to challenge Moses-a godly man. They complained, “You have gone too far; the Lord is with all His people. Why have you magnified yourself over us?” Moses was so shocked that iniquity was in such a holy place that he fell on his face to the ground. He wondered, “You mean with the presence of God, this type of imagination would still be in the hearts of these people? The pillar of fire leading us in the night; the pillar of cloud leading us in the day, you are still carnal?”
You do not see the presence, choice and grace of God given to us. Watch your steps in HOREMOW so that you don’t step out of God’s great grace.

For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

The Testimony Of Jesus Is Spirit Of Prophecy.

God's blessings will continually accompany you for dedicating time to your studies. The Testimony Of Jesus Is Spirit Of Prophecy.  Monday 10th November  Text: Jude 1: 2-5 Key verse: Jude 1: 3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. The faith of Jesus has already been delivered and it is written in the scriptures. Whatever prophecies, revelations or dreams that comes must not be contrary to the standard in the scripture. They must speak the same thing. The testimony of Jesus is spirit of prophecy. Every prophecy or revelation must honour Jesus and must be according to the written word. Even where they are new things, they must not contradict because the Bible is a summary of the things Jesus did. The Bible cannot contain all things. It must be according to what the scripture has already signified, ...
