Qualities Desired By King Nebuchadnezzar

Friday April 26th

Text: Daniel 1:3 – 9
Key verse: Daniel 1: 9 Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs.
Physical fitness: They must be physically blameless without structural defect or deformity. The eyes must look wonderfully adequate; the hair of the head, the body structure should be perfect. The walking and sitting down should be perfect. This is just one of the qualities. Daniel, was a precious creature of God indeed.
Good looking: Such a person should be good looking; children in whom was no blemish but well favoured. When you look at them you will feel fascinated that a special work has been done in their creation. That was how Daniel was. If you see him, he is physically sound, no sickness and beautifully constructed by God.
Skillful in all wisdom: The reasoning capacity should be very high. The interviewers were very intelligent persons too. Nebuchadnezzar was a great and intelligent king. He wanted intelligence in his government.
Well educated children that were cunning in wisdom. Well educated children that should possess knowledge of many things.
Knowledgeable: Knowledge of many things; understanding science. Children that can naturally bring about collections of productivity. Children of constructive power.
High Intelligence Quotient. Children with the intelligence of invention. They must have designed some things by their natural endowments. They must have reasoned out some difficult things by reason of their own intelligence.
Boldness and Courage: “And such as have ability in them to stand in the king’s palace.” Those who are not fearful or timid but bold in character and in looks. People that can stand before men and naturally command respect. Go and select them.

Thought for the day: Can you now see the qualities of Daniel?

Song for the day: I want to be like Daniel (3x), to follow Jesus Christ

Bible reading for the day: 2 Kings 19-21

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
