TOPIC: JESUS SAYS, ‘YOU ARE MY SERVANT … RISE UP ON YOUR FEET’

TEXT: PSALM 107: 23-32

TUESDAY JULY 11TH

Key verse: Psalm 54:2 Hear my prayer O God. Give ears to the words of my mouth.
I am Pastor Samuel Gida. God saved me from death in an accident in July, 2021. I did not sustain injuries in the accident but I was in pain and could neither sit nor stand. The brethren had to charter a vehicle and physically carried my wife and I into it back to Sokoto. The deeper life pastor in Mafara brought a bone setter to help set my wife’s broken leg because the leg was dangling loosely; only connected together by the flesh. The bone setter tried to align the broken leg, tied it and travelled with us to Sokoto in order to complete the job. Unfortunately, he only passed the night with us in Sokoto and left the next day after charging exorbitant fees.
At this point, both my wife and I could not move on our own; we had to be carried even to make use of the restroom. Two days later, God healed me miraculously; without treatment or physiotherapy. As morning devotion was going on in my parlour, I asked the brethren to carry me to the parlour. At first, they objected since I could not sit down but was only lying down on my back. I insisted so they came and carried me by my legs and arms to the parlour. When we entered, I told them to place me on a seat. That was how the miracle started. I struggled and managed to sit down on the chair. Next, I heard an audible voice speaking to me clearly, “You are My servant; I will not leave you like this. Rise up on your feet.”
I was shocked at what I was hearing. I spoke to myself, “Myself? I should rise up? How can that be? The brethren have been carrying me up and down like a baby, even to ease myself. Even to sit down here was a great challenge. How can I rise up?” The voice persisted and spoke again to me, this time with urgency and as a command, “Rise up on your feet. Rise up!” I obeyed and tried to stand up. To my surprise, I sprang up to my feet, full of strength and vitality. The brethren shouted for joy. All the pains and weaknesses vanished instantly. From that time till today, the Lord has perfected my healing. Praise the Lord! I thank God for the love, prayers and assistance from Daddy Paul Rika, Mummy Linda, leaders, workers and all brethren that prayed and cared for us.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
