WHY GOD DESERVES YOUR  THANKSGIVING AND PRAISES ALWAYS
TEXT:  Psalm 30:11-12
Key verse: 1Thessalonians 5:18 In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God
in Christ Jesus concerning you.

In everything give thanks and praises to God. This is what God desires from His children. Our thanks and praises should ascend to God in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ in everything: good or evil, in pleasure or pain, in the joy of life or the dread of death. God requires this from every believer. It is good for the Christian. However, praise and thanksgiving to God are often forgotten by men in times of peace, prosperity and pleasure. The scripture warns every child of God against this transgression and costly forgetfulness (Deuteronomy 7:6-25). To forget to give God praise and thanks in your good times deprives your soul of humility and fills it with the pride of self-accomplishment. The heart of the one who forgets God in his achievements claims that he got it by his wisdom, ability, and connection. He may also ascribe the glory to other human beings or even to demons (Daniel 4:30; Esther 5:11-12). Never fail to give God praise and thanks for all the good things in your life. They come from Him and He wants you to realize this and appreciate Him. James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with Whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. Thank Him for the knowledge, wisdom, understanding, connections, human helps, open doors, favours, and grace He has given you.

Praise and thanksgiving to God is a scriptural command, instruction and counsel. God wants us to praise Him when things are hard, unpleasant and ugly (whether imagined or real). You may be wondering why God should be praised for what Satan has done as in the case of Job. The wisest thing is to heed the command and instruction of scripture. In your hard and difficult times, praise God, thank God, worship God. Job demonstrated this truth to us in his practical Christian life. He praised and worshipped God in the worst situation of life to the bewilderment of His wife. The Lord wants us to learn this from the life of Job (Romans 15:4). Our situation may not even be as terrible as Jobs. But if he praised and worshipped God in dark moments of life, we too can praise God in our dark days (Job 1:20-22).

Thought for the day: Your righteous standing in times of trouble proves your genuine faith in God.
Song for the day: Praise God Alleluia, Praise God Amen...
Bible reading for the day: Psalm 136-138;
1 Corinthians 9

For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...
Every Word Of God For Daily Living For taking your time to study remain blessed July Tuesday 9th TOPIC: WE ARE IN THE TWILIGHT HOUR OF RAPTURE TEXT: Ephesians 5:26-27 KEY VERSE: Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Seeing the traces of the features of the next dispensation in this present dispensation, you should know that you are in the twilight hour. What is a twilight hour? A twilight hour is that hour of the day that you begin to see the traces of the night while it is still daylight (probably 7:00pm to 7:30pm). It is not completely dark, yet it is not complete bright either. While it is still day, you are seeing the traces of the night. A twilight hour is the hour when you are still in this dispensation but you are already seeing traces of the next. The twilight hour is the time that our Lord Jesus Christ was born and even though He came with the New Test...
