BE LOVING AND FORGIVING AS I AM

For taking your time to study remain blessed.

TUESDAY 24 AUGUST
BE LOVING AND FORGIVING AS I AM

TEXT:  Romans 12:17-21
Key verse:  Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

Where there is hostility or opposition, My followers must always have the courage to go through with what is right. As they do, I strengthen and protect them. Weakness and expediency only store up future trouble. Remember that you can be firm without being vindictive. You must always pray for those who seem to be against you — and then show patience while I work upon that situation. You can expect to find hostility or coldness in lives not ruled by Me. Whenever you possibly can be loving and forgiving — even if it means that you can be hurt or where there is no response, you know that no person and nothing can harm you!

Psalm 34:1-8 I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. 2 My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. 3 O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together. 4 I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. 5 They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. 6 This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him and saved him out of all his troubles. 7 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. 8 O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

Because I indwell you by My Spirit, I know in the very closest possible way, all your conflicts, all your longings, all the things which can cause you distress. So many circumstances can cause My children sorrow and pain, but they only serve to draw them closer to Me — or to make them realize their utter need of Me. Each heartache, each struggle, can be used to deepen trust or can be used to teach new truths. It is when I see you in great need that My love and compassion are made most real to you. My child, because you have responded to My call, however imperfectly, I have made you My responsibility. You are assured of My nearness at every moment, whether or not you sense that nearness.

Thought for the day:  forgiveness makes you live at peace with God and man.
Song for the day: Be like Jesus, every day in your life…
Bible reading for the day: Psalm 120-123;

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
