DON'T WASTE GOD'S LOVE ON YOU

For taking your time to study remain blessed.

THURSDAY 26 AUGUST
DON'T WASTE GOD'S LOVE ON YOU
TEXT: John 3:16-18

Key verse: Ezekiel 18:23 Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord
GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?

Why do you say that the Creator has predestined you for damnation and that is why you were born a witch? Who told you that? Does He want the death of a sinner or that he should repent and be saved? Brother, sister, you can repent. Your Creator loves you. If you go to hell, it is not because He destined you to be there. It is your bad choice. You will go with the love of God on you and you would have lost a lover forever! Maybe the description that would be put on your body when you enter hell would be something like this: “I lost a lover” or “God lost someone He loves.” It will be sad that someone that God loves is lost in hell. Therefore, don't think like the man that would say he is tempted by God or that he is destined by God for hell. God cannot be tempted; neither can He tempt anyone. God does not hate any man. God does not plan wickedness against any man. If you seek God, eternal life will be right at your doorstep, eternal life will be the crown on your head.

Jesus told the rich young man, “One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me” (Mark 10:21). Jesus was telling him, give up all your riches, follow me and you will have eternal life. The value of eternal life is more than all the wealth of the earth, more than all the honour that can be given to man. This was a great man in the society, he was naturally sad and went away grieved for he had great possessions. He did not realize that eternal life is greater than the greatest possessions on earth. It is greater than being president of a nation. It is greater than being a first-class king. The presidency of America is nothing compared to eternal life. Eternal life is greater than all the wealth of the world put together. Eternal life is above the pleasures of Solomon who had 700 wives and 300 concubines. The value is great. And this will be yours. It is the hope of the believers. Rise and take hold of eternal life!

Thought for the day: Don't join unrepentant sinners to waste God's love in hell.
Song for the day: Follow, follow, I will follow Jesus, anywhere, everywhere…..
Bible reading for the day: Psalm 128-131; 1 Corinthians 7:25-40

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
