TOPIC: REVELATION ON A MUSLIM BROTHER IN HELL – PART 2
TEXT: Ezekiel 33:1-7
KEY VERSE: Ezekiel 3:27 But when I speak with thee, I will open thy mouth, and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; He that heareth, let him hear; and he that forbeareth, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house.
Sidi’s Torment and Lament in Hell Fire
In that revelation, I saw Sidi coming toward me from a distance. He looked black, dirty, wretched, battered, sorrowful and in great pain. I was excited to see him so I said, “Hi Sidi” as he moved closer to me. I noticed that the place he was coming from was very dark. As I wanted to say, Ha Sidi, why is your condition like this? Why are you looking so tattered and battered, he interrupted and shouted at me saying with a wicked and angry voice:
“Ooooh, you people are wicked! You people are wicked!! You people are wicked!!! You people never told me about Jesus, especially Thelma. You people are wicked. See me now as I am suffering. You people are wicked.” As he continued lamenting and accusing us of wickedness, I said to him, “Sidi calm down.” He retorted, “Don’t tell me to calm down. Don’t tell me to calm down.” As he said this, he began to cry uncontrollably, so I kept quiet where I was sitting down. Because he stood right in front of me, it occurred to me that if I continued to argue with him he would beat me up, so I decided to keep quiet and listen to him as he continued wailing, “My father killed me. My father killed me. Tell the world that my father killed me.” Then I summed up courage and asked, “Ha! How did your father kill you?” He began to explain:
“My father brought me up in Islamic way, I did not know Jesus. Islamic religion taught us that Jesus was not the Son of God and that God did not have a Son. Muslims see the birth of Jesus in the ordinary way of human procreation through sexual relation of man and woman. My father brought us up to believe in charms and trained us to seek help from herbalists for protection, academic excellence, riches, luck and fame. All these things led me into hell.” He continued crying, “I am suffering. My father killed me. You people are wicked. You did not tell me about Jesus; you did not tell me about Jesus.” I could see that he was very angry and bitter. He started accusing me again, “You people are wicked, you people are wicked, you did not tell me about Jesus, you people are wicked, you did not tell me about Jesus, you did not tell me about Jesus, especially Thelma. Oh, for all the time I stayed with you people, you never told me about Jesus, you never led me to Jesus.”
Thought for the day: Today is the day of salvation. Receive salvation; lead others to Christ.
