TOPIC: GOD’S STANDARD OF HOLINESS IS UNIVERSAL
TEXT: 1 PETER 1:14-16
KEY VERSE: Hebrews 4:1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into His rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.

God has the same standard of holiness for all His children, regardless of their denominations. Christ established one Church, His body, on earth and gave one Bible, the Word of God, to His church. So, be sure to verify your beliefs and practice to ensure you are complying with the complete standard of God, as outlined in His Word, the Bible. Ignorance of gospel truth on how to obtain peace with God, has slain millions of unbelievers and is still doing so today. JESUS ALONE is the Way to God. There is no alternative. The same ignorance is seen in many preachers of the gospel today, who are busy leading people in ignorance to HELL. They are ignorant of the truth that will set them free from eternal damnation, so are their multitude of followers. Matthew7:13 … For wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat.

You, who desire to gain heaven at last, must beware that the race to heaven is a “sensitive one.” You must not take your salvation for granted and behave as if you are already in heaven. You can easily be disqualified at any point in time; hence, you need to be very cautious how you live in this life. Seek to know biblical truths, repent of your sins, and rectify your errors where they are scripturally proven, in order to escape God’s judgement and condemnation at the end. Stop contending against biblical truth. Don’t gauge biblical truth by the general practice in the world or even among Christians. The truth lies with God and in His Word, not with men or in the tradition of men. Romans 3:3-4 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

Thought for the day: Make holy living your lifestyle and you will never miss heaven.
Song for the day: Make me holy, make me holy, make me holy O Lord
Bible reading for the day:
Numbers 30-31; Mark 9:30-50

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
