Knowledge has increased, that’s why we need to have knowledge of medicine, because your body needs it to be preserved. It is essential to avail yourself of appropriate medical care in times of need. If you allow that stomach ache there, you cannot rise up, you won’t be able to stand up in the pulpit. Can you? With a biting stomach ulcer? You cannot move because your body has been affected. What if an accident happens and they have to amputate your leg? Brother, automatically many things about the gospel will be limited in your life. What if you were to lose your eyes, because Cataract is coming up in your eyes and you don’t bother? Your usefulness in life has been affected. What if you lost your teeth? Come, is it a good thing when somebody stands speaking and the teeth are not in order? Limited number of people will hear you. Some human beings are easily irritated by little things. If you fail to attend to some of these things, then you have reduced the number of congregation that will hear you. Take care of that body. Keep it well. Do that which is just to it. Feed your body with appropriate food for your health. Be careful with fasting. Don’t be so power – driven to the point of destroying your body. There are principles in life. Whatever a man sows, he shall reap. Subject that body to a condition and you shall find it so. A particular pastor said, ‘I have finished all my fasting!’ I asked, ‘How did you finish your fasting?’ He explained that he went on marathon fasting as a young preacher, until stomach ulcer carried him, so he said that he has finished all his fasting! So, demons also have finished? Why did you finish your fasting so early? Have problems of life also finished? Let your moderation be known to all men. Thought for the day: Healing and good health are for God’s children. Song for the day: Somebody touched me (2x), Somebody touched my soul, while I was praying…. Bible reading for the day: Nehemiah 12-13; Acts 4:23-37 #horemow.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
