God Requires Peace And Order In His Church

Tuesday 31st March

Text: Judges 21:25, Hebrews 13:17
Key Verse: 1 Corinthians 14:40; Let all things be done decently and in order.
The Lord wants us to be orderly and decent in our ways, both as individuals and as a body of believers. He is not the author of confusion; He is the God of peace and order. That is why He gave us leaders to order our steps according to His ways in His church. In this way, the beauty of Jesus will manifest in His church. Where there is disorderliness and indecency, it will mean either that there is no leadership in the church or that the leadership is weak. When the people do not follow the course of God nor are submissive to leadership authority, it means also that they want to be left to themselves. Where there is no leadership, they will naturally follow any direction they want or do as their hearts desire. When you want to be left to yourself, that is, “Leave me alone to do it my way,” it clearly means you are not under the leadership of God. It shows that you are not in Christ, because any person left to himself is a backslider in heart. If you are a true child of God, you will obey leadership willingly.
Be resolved to obey the leadership God has raised over you and others in the Christian ministry. God sets leadership over His own people so that His sheep should not be scattered for want of shepherds. For you to live this Christian life fruitfully and make it to heaven, you must develop and inculcate discipline into your life. You must cultivate personal Christian discipline. Discipline is the act of self-control and self-direction on the path of righteousness. It is the act of personal orderliness that you bring to yourself because you want to achieve something for God, not for yourself. Despite that, others are working on you for God; you are to work on yourself also to be fit for the race. The Christian race is compared to the profession of a soldier, where both personal discipline and the discipline that the superiors bring upon his life are required to make him a soldier pleasing to his superior, serving the country well. Be personally disciplined and discipline others for order and decency.

For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...

Pastor Paul Rika’s Burden, Vision and Action To Reach the Unreached (2)

God's blessings will continually accompany you for dedicating time to your studies. Pastor Paul Rika’s Burden, Vision and Action To Reach the Unreached (2) Wednesday 15th October TEXT: Titus 3: 3-6   Key verse: Titus 3: 6 “Which He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior.” I remember I was in Sao Tome and Principe as a deeper life national overseer and I was writing the book, “Divine Revelation of God’s Holiness and Judgment.” The vision the Lord gave to Michael Sambo. I was translating it into a book, with the scriptural backups to make it a sound evangelistic book. I saw that truly the world is doomed. What will I say about those who have not known Jesus among the 7 billion people on earth; those who do not even have anything to do with Him? Do I speak of the billions in Asia without understanding of Jesus? Out of the 1.4 billion in India, they are struggling to record 150 million Christians including Catholics.  Who knows Jesus then? Even among Pentecosta...
