You Have The Opportunity To Go To Heaven, Don’t Miss It 

Text: Deuteronomy 30:16-19 

Friday 7th February

Key Verse: For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD. Proverbs 1:29
You are still in school but making friends with dropouts. You are not studying. You have the opportunity to read and pass your exams, but you are not doing that. They have failed already and are not going back to school, but you have a chance to excel academically. This scenario describes the life of a sinner who has refused to repent. 
Ecclesiastes 9:4, “For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.” You are still alive, so you have the chance of repentance. But you are associating with demons, who don't have the chance of repentance anymore. They have been cast down from heaven and doomed to hell. But you are now moving with them and taking instructions from them, when you have the chance to go to heaven. You have the chance to be forgiven, you have the chance to serve this living God, who will forgive all your wickedness. But you are living with demons and serving Satan, who does not have the chance of going to heaven anymore. What a fool! What a man that lacks intelligence! what a woman that lacks intelligence! What a great chance you are forfeiting! To be a friend of Satan is the worst harm you can do to yourself in this world. It takes you into a journey of hopelessness into the future.
They don’t just want to have the knowledge of God in their mind. Since they don’t want God, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient. You don't want God in your mind, but you will still stand before Him at death, whether you agree or not, hell fire shall humble you. Satan, as strong as he is, he is dreading his end. Anytime Satan remembers that his end shall come and that he shall be cast into the lake of fire (not even the present hell fire), he is going to a higher place of punishment, called the lake of fire (where hell fire itself shall be consumed), Satan trembles, he shivers. Repent today. Why perish with Satan?
