SUBMIT JOYFULLY TO THE CAUSE OF CHRIST

God's blessings shall continually follow you for taking the time to study

TOPIC: SUBMIT JOYFULLY TO THE CAUSE OF CHRIST

TEXT: ACTS 4:7-13

THURSDAY DECEMBER 28
Key verse: Daniel 5: 17 Then Daniel answered and said before the king, Let thy gifts be to thyself, and give thy rewards to another; yet I will read the writing unto the king, and make known to him the interpretation.
Allow your wife to pay tithe to God and to support projects concerning the name of Jesus, though you are to check to ensure she is not contributing to the detriment of your family’s welfare.  Do not stop her from being kind. Do not stop her from being charitable. Do not threaten her so much that she hides her charitable actions from you, and it becomes a sin to her. Let your wife have the liberty in Christ to serve God and do righteousness. This is what the Lord demands from a true Christian husband. The wife and children must not hesitate to prioritize obeying Jesus first, who is greater than the man in the home. They must be ready to deny the man submission and obedience if he contradicts Jesus. Yes, the Lord made him the head, but he should not try to lead his family against God, who gave him the authority.
What is your security if you obey someone who shall die? After he has died, where will you go? With whom will he leave you if you abandon God to follow him? My husband has said I should not come to church; my husband has said I should not come to HOREMOW; my husband has said I should not leave Catholic church… When you die, where will you be who forgo the eternal for the temporal? How can you turn your back on the everlasting God for a man? Do not obey in matters that contradict the will of God, the word of God, and the commandments of the Father. Why are you afraid of your husband when he challenges you on matters of God; jewelry and an ungodly hairdo?  Why obey him when he tells you that you should dress in pants (trousers) and wear shorts to go out with him because he likes it? Why are you silent before that man who can die at any moment, talking as if he is better than God? Why are you not bold? Why are you afraid? Why do you hide the truth?

Thought for the day: Do not obey man in matters that contradict the will of God

Song for the day: Lord teach me Your word

Bible reading for the day: Zechariah 7-9; Revelation 19

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

The local church should teach and train her members on scriptural fasting. Believers need to know that the Lord expects...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...
