CRY EARNESTLY TO GOD FOR TRUE CHRISTIANITY

God's blessings shall continually follow you, for taking the time to study.

TOPIC: CRY EARNESTLY TO GOD FOR TRUE CHRISTIANITY

TEXT: JOHN 17:22-23
SUNDAY DECEMBER 31ST

Key verse: Psalm 119:146 I cried unto thee; save me, and I shall keep thy testimonies.
We must cry earnestly, to regain Christianity. We must pray to regain total obedience to God's word; we must cry for the real spirit of Christianity to come into us, that gentle, humble, and broken spirit, of real Christianity must come into our lives. Not only an individual but the whole church must enter into commitment. The whole church is to enter into a covenant with God that they will obey Him, serve Him, yield to His word, do His will, and submit to His leadership. This is to be a collective determination.
2 Chronicles 34:33 And Josiah took away all the abominations out of all the countries that pertained to the children of Israel and made all that were present in Israel to serve, even to serve the LORD their God. And all his days they departed not from following the LORD, the God of their fathers.
The above scripture tells us about the commitment of King Josiah who feared God but discovered that the word of God was not first place in his government or his kingdom. The people walked contrary to God's commandments and God was angry with them. When they discovered the Book of the Law in the temple as they were cleaning up, they were surprised to know that there was a Book of the Law.  They brought the Book to King Josiah who sat down as they read everything. Josiah said, “Woe! The wrath of God is upon us. We have left His ways; we have gone aside altogether. Judgment is determined upon us. Please let us repent.” He gathered all of Israel together and stood before them.
Brethren, return to God for real obedience that produces real righteousness, truth, and holiness in individuals and congregations.

Thought for the day: Return to God for real obedience that produces real righteousness.

Song for the day: Revival, Pentecostal revival…

Bible reading for the day: Malachi 1-4; Revelation 22

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...
