GOD REQUIRES PERFECT OBEDIENCE FROM MAN

God's blessings shall follow you for taking the time out to study.

TOPIC: GOD REQUIRES PERFECT OBEDIENCE FROM MAN

TEXT: JAMES 1: 21-27

WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 6TH

Key verse: Psalm 37:37 Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.
Christ reiterated this truth in the New Testament. He summed up the Sermon on the Mount by saying, “Be ye,, therefore perfect even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect”. Can you imagine that? Was He playing with words or was he sincere? Be ye therefore perfect even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect and He is the judge of His word. He is ready to stand behind only those who comply with these words. As for the others, He may still be using them but as a vessel unto dishonour, they are still vessels anyway but He stands only behind those that comply with His word, however few. I give you this truth that you might labour to be among the few that stand on His word perfectly.
The vision we see is perfection because that is what God has set before us. Be ye therefore perfect even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. This is the perfection that comes from complete obedience to all the words of God. The full benefit of God's word shall be ours if we submit fully to it. What is this benefit? Eternal life! It is then we have eternal life. It is then we have good health for ourselves, we get wisdom, we have peace, we receive the guidance of the Spirit, we have power and strength, and we have faith and grow in faith. We also receive His promises fulfilled in our lives, we receive His protection and preservation.
James 1: 25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. Perfect law that gives liberty in life, liberty from sin, liberty from disobedience, the perfect law, you look into it and continue. Continue to be a doer of the same then you will enjoy the bountiful blessing of the word. That is the word. We are checking ourselves for a real Christianity. I am calling also unto you to please determine for the real Christian life.

Thought for the day: Be a doer of the word to enjoy its bountiful blessings.

Song for the day: Lord teach us Your word

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
