KEEP TRUSTING GOD IN THE FACE OF CHALLENGES OF LIFE

God's blessings shall follow you, for taking your time to study.

TOPIC: KEEP TRUSTING GOD IN THE FACE OF CHALLENGES OF LIFE

TEXT: 1 CORINTHIANS 10:10-13

SATURDAY AUGUST 19TH

Key verse: Hebrews 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.
"Let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us" (Hebrews 12:1) Conflict and effort only mean that there is life within! They are signs that My Spirit is at work in you and is taking you forward. As you seek to follow My commands, you are at the place on the road that I wish you to be. This always represents real progress - no matter what you or others may judge. It is part of the strategy of evil to make you despondent over failures, but cling very much to the thought of the gains you have made in Me. You will surprise yourself by enjoying an increasingly new quality of life as you just look up to Me, and believe in what I have done for you.
"And when the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled." (Numbers 11:1)
When you give way to complaining about your situation, it may seem a small thing, but it is giving an entrance to evil. The evil is far greater in extent, far more hurtful in its consequences than would have seemed possible when you indulged in the luxury of "the little grumble," "the little complaint." I have ordained it so.
Let your faith in Me be unwavering even when your present circumstance makes the future look bleak. Life with Me demands that trust and joy in the present which must be unbroken, because the results of breaking them are so bad. The forces of evil are infinitely cunning in exploiting your situation. Only the way I have shown you - joy and trust - will keep out the pressure of evil.

Thought for the day: If God is with you, you have no cause to fear.

Song for the day: The Lord said I should not fear, He said I should not worry….

Bible reading for the day: Psalm 112-115; 1 Corinthians 1

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
