HEAVENLY RACE IS NOT BY MULTITUDE

God bless you for taking your time to study.

HEAVENLY RACE IS NOT BY MULTITUDE

TEXT: 2 TIMOTHY 2: 19-22

THURSDAY AUGUST 4th

Key verse Matthew 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen.
These days people judge progress in the church by the crowd of members, number of cars parked during the service, the beauty of the cathedral and their financial strength. The membership increases at an alarming rate; full of able-bodied youths that wield influence in the society. Are these influxes of their converts really born again? 2 Timothy 3:5 says, Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. If the trumpet sounds can they make it to heaven? They ridicule holy churches that are few in number. To them, they are making progress as a church because they fill every street with branches, without holiness. Is heavenly race by multitude? Is holiness measured by number of people that fill the temple? If you watch the converts of these false churches and false prophets, you will see worldliness of all types, wearing of weave-on, body bleaching, earrings, bangles, short skirts and gowns, necklace, tight fitted clothes and all forms of seductive dresses. Is this Christianity or club house? Certainly, this is a congregation of club members.
It is heart wrecking to see some holiness churches fallen to the point of envying these crowded empty vessels, blaming their leaders for allowing these new entrants to overtake them. You see them carnally struggling to be like them in pulling crowd, without holiness. That is Satan's strategy to hold them hostage. What a deceit!
May I inform you that this heavenly journey is not by multitude; it is holiness that is required for heaven (2 Timothy 2:22). Not beautiful cathedral, neatly parked cars and decorated altar.  Please don't dream to be like these churches, they are training ground for souls to be damned in hell fire. Jesus said that where two or three are gathered in His name, He is there in their midst. This gathering is in holiness. It is not gathering of snakes and scorpions in the name of Jesus. By their fruit you shall know them.

Thought for the day: Heavenly race requires holiness.

Song for the day: It is not an easy road, we are traveling to heaven...

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
