TURN TO GOD IN TIMES OF TROUBLE
TEXT: Matthew 7:7-8 Key Verse: Psalm 50:15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
Why are you not looking to God in a time of difficulty? Why are you not looking up to God when you come to a dead-end and face the impossibilities of life? Do you have something troubling you? God is so generous and so available. He is waiting for you to call on Him for help. Do you have something troubling your heart? Ask God for the answer, for every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Take this as an instruction from the Father and from today learn to do just this. Turn to God in times of difficulties and ask Him for help. Take this advice instead of troubling yourself with mankind that is just flesh. Isaiah 31:1, 3 Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the LORD! Now the Egyptians are men and not God; and their horse's flesh, and not spirit. When the LORD shall stretch out his hand, both he that helpeth shall fall, and he that is holpen shall fall, and they all shall fail together.
In all matters of life – sicknesses that have refused to be cured, problems you don't know how to solve, poverty of life you don't know what to do, difficulty in the family, threats to life or whatever they are, take this counsel and seek God for help. God is the answer to all the questions of life. Is it not in this world that Nebuchadnezzar dreamt that dream? Could God not be involved in the dream? Even if it came from Satan, does Satan know more than God? Why did he seek man for the answer to his dream instead of going to God? Jeremiah 17:5-7 Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD. For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited. Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.
Thought for the day: Jesus is the answer to all challenges of life.
Song for the day: I know He loves me better, whatsoever maybe, I will follow Him.
Bible reading for the day: Job 33-34; Acts 13:24-52

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

The local church should teach and train her members on scriptural fasting. Believers need to know that the Lord expects...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...
