TOPIC: DON’T MORTGAGE YOUR SOUL FOR THE SPOILS OF SATAN
TEXT: Genesis 3:1-10
KEY VERSE: 1John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Have you gone into the captivity of the enemy? Have you entered the spider’s web and you are tied roundabout, hanging there helplessly? You lack the strength to move forward and your life is now at the mercy of the devil; seriously endangered? Remember that you took yourself to that place.  You sold yourself cheap to the devil. Now, you have become a captive. The devil has gotten hold of you. The urge for masturbation is coming and you don’t know how to stop it. “I want to stop; I want to stop” is what you have been shouting but you can’t stop. The devil has taken firm control over your life.  How did you empty yourself that lust took over you so? Where did you go; what were you watching? Adam said, “I heard your voice and I went to hide myself because I was naked?” The Lord said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten of the fruit I told you not to eat? You willingly went there; you went and stood near that tree with forbidden fruit, making conversation; and you became so relaxed with the woman until you ate its fruit. Why did you do that? Why did you offend God like that?” God is asking, “Now am I responsible? Am I the reason why you failed?”

God is so concerned over your case because this was not the way you started with Him. The commitment you affirmed reached heaven. The thing you did for God gladdened the heart of the Father. Yes, you sold yourself out without gain; then you suspended holiness and said let me go and touch those things. Now that you did that, what has been your gain? Since you withdrew from being in the forefront and said let me go to the backside so that I will be able to relate with other people and gain something, what have you gained? Now the enemies are rejoicing over you. Samson, where is your gain now? You sold yourself for nothing! You wasted your cherished value for nothing! You had thought in your mind, maybe if I release myself for this man to sleep with, he will marry me. Did he marry you? May be if I give the man money he will give me that privilege. Did he give you that privilege? I say you have become vain! You have gone far back into Egypt. You entered the trap of the devil because you asked God to leave you alone. What should you do now? Return to your Father like the prodigal son. He is waiting for you.

Thought for the day: Don’t make yourself a barbeque for Satan’s dinner.
Song for the day: I will never let the devil win the battle, I will never….
Bible reading for the day:
Leviticus 7-9; Matthew 25:31-46

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
