TOPIC: HOW YOU PREPARE YOURSELF DETERMINES HOW GOD USES YOU
TEXT: 1 John 3:3-6
KEY VERSE: 2Timothy 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

If you are a corrupt minister, you are just there by the wisdom of God. You may be gaining materially, but what is material gain? Can you compare material gain with eternal gain? In spite of your pollution of the church, God in His wisdom still keeps you there because you are serving His eternal plan. But you were not created a corrupt minister. It only happened that there were some things in your life which you needed to settle but did not. That is why you became corrupt and now qualify as a vessel for dishonourable use. There are things in your life that should be purged; things that should be perfected, but you neglected them and refused to do what is right. That is why you are being put to dishonourable use. Your name is in the second register, but not in the first, which is the Book of Life. You are like a scaffold the Lord is using. After He finishes with you, He will discard you because you are not part of the building.

2 Timothy 2:21a, “If any man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour.” This scripture clearly explains that how God uses you rests with you. You are not doing spiritual cleansing, that is why you are not a vessel unto honour. You say you are a preacher, but God and the angels know who you really are – a vessel unto dishonour. Satan also knows because he is the one using you. God is keeping quiet because you are still serving a purpose. “I will drive them out little by little, If I drive them all out, wild beasts will take over.” It is wisdom that allows you in God’s service. If today you hear the voice of the Lord and take a decision to purge yourself of those things, to repent of those things, to change your life and comply to scriptures, there shall be a transformation. Angels will do a transfer and your name will move from the second book to the Book of life. That matter is in your hand! If any man will purge himself from lying, impurities, abominable things and corrupt heart, the Lord will transform him because he is not eternally predestined to corruption. It is your choice that has put you in darkness and by your choice you can come out into the light of God. Flee, therefore, those lusts and follow righteousness that you might be a vessel unto honour.

Thought for the day: God is no respecter of persons. As you lay your bed so you shall lie on it.
Song for the day: Come and make my heart Your home, come and be everything I am and all I know…..
Bible reading for the day:

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
