TOPIC: LEARNING FROM SARAH
TEXT: 1 TIMOTHY 3:1-4
Key verse: “Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him” Isaiah 51:2

The gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ has for long been hindered and suffered setbacks. For Satan has gotten a wisdom of frustrating this gospel by hindering wives of true ministers of God with divine call and ministry from cooperating with their husbands, giving them a different thought, reasoning and approach to the work of the ministry and as a result two are no more one. No assistance from the women anymore and in that way he has weakened the gospel.

God would want us to have a good understanding of this because ministry got lost when people began to go into ministry without standard. Those who entered into ministry entered into it without this complete formation. Many are into ministry and their wives are not cooperating and the bible tells us, for ministry to be effective, the family of the preacher must play their role. The wife of the preacher must play her role but this happens to be lacking these days. Some husbands have dropped out of ministry, while some ran away from their homes because of their wives. They just disappeared. Many are still in the ministry but not in the Lord because the righteousness of God is no more with them. Why? They got married to second wives. The statistics of pastors that are with second wives now is surprisingly increasing and they are still doing the work. The work has no more value, importance or any eternal reward because the righteousness of God is no more with them.

Thought for the day: Let husband and wife cooperate in ministry to advance the gospel.
Song for the day: Bind us together Lord, bind us together with cord that cannot be broken......
Bible reading for the day:
Exodus 31-33; Matthew 22:23-46

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
