TOPIC: BELIEVE GOD, HOPING AGAINST HOPE.
DECEMBER Sunday 9th
TEXT: Ezekiel 37: 2-10
KEY VERSE: Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son. Genesis 18:14.
God can look at a very contrary situation of your life and just throw a promise for you to reverse it, a promise that if you are not bold, you will not believe it; a promise that if you are not really prepared and convinced in your heart of the Omnipotence of God, you will doubt it. He can give you an unbelievable promise in a completely dry situation. That is your God. Abraham believed God hoping against hope. It was not naturally possible, but he believed God contrary to human reasoning.
If you want difficult situations and circumstances to change, you must believe God in a difficult way. That is how you will live and see the miracle of God on your way. Definitely, with God all things are possible. If truly you are convinced of God, why don’t you believe Him? If the Lord tells you He is going to change where you are, a dry ground, into rivers of water, can’t you believe Him?
It was beyond human comprehension. Can you imagine the Lord telling Abraham, a man that was hundred years old, “Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.” Genesis 18:14. Sarah’s body at that time was dead because of old age, yet God could release such an unbelievable promise. It took Abraham a tightening of his belt to believe it. It took Abraham a stretching up of himself to believe because it was too much for his mind to comprehend.
Thought for the day: Is anything too hard for the LORD

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
