TOPIC: JESUS HAS MADE SOME MEN TO RESEMBLE HIM

TEXT: Isaiah 60:1-3

KEY VERSE: Acts 11:26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.

A holy man loves without pretence. He deals sincerely in his relationship with people. Know this, my brother and sister, in spite of the deceitfulness of the hearts of men, there are men that Jesus has made to be like Him.  There are men and women that are just like Jesus. In Antioch, the believers were first called Christians. In other words, they were called Christs because they resembled Jesus in everything they did. So there are people Jesus has made to resemble Himself because we can be exactly like Him in holiness. The Bible tells us: “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.” Why should we be living this Christian life and still not believe one another? What then are we doing here? How should we be in the Holiness Revival Movement and still not believe in the holiness of our leaders? It means we are wasting time here.

Why don’t you believe in the holiness of your brother? I know pretences can be there, but wait until the pretences manifest; otherwise, if you hold that in your heart you will not trust anybody, including yourself. The person who cannot trust anybody will neither trust himself nor will people trust him too. You don’t trust, because you have the heart of unbelief. Let us live in an atmosphere of faith. Let us learn to believe one other. Paul said, “Help those yokefellows whose names are in the book of life (Philippians 4:3).” Can we say that statement by Paul is too strong? Can we say he should have changed it to, “Maybe in the book of life?” What gave Paul the confidence to reach such a definite conclusion about them? Paul will answer you, “I am so sure because I have lived with those people; they have worked with me; I have checked their lives and I have the inner witness that I am dealing with genuine Christians. Their names are in the book of life. I lived with them. not for one day, not one week. I have interacted with them long enough to know them perfectly. They are holy people.”

Thought for the day: Jesus is able to make you as holy as Himself.

Song for the day: Let others see Jesus in you…..

Bible reading for the day: Genesis 27-28; Matthew 9:18-38

For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...
Every Word Of God For Daily Living For taking your time to study remain blessed July Tuesday 9th TOPIC: WE ARE IN THE TWILIGHT HOUR OF RAPTURE TEXT: Ephesians 5:26-27 KEY VERSE: Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Seeing the traces of the features of the next dispensation in this present dispensation, you should know that you are in the twilight hour. What is a twilight hour? A twilight hour is that hour of the day that you begin to see the traces of the night while it is still daylight (probably 7:00pm to 7:30pm). It is not completely dark, yet it is not complete bright either. While it is still day, you are seeing the traces of the night. A twilight hour is the hour when you are still in this dispensation but you are already seeing traces of the next. The twilight hour is the time that our Lord Jesus Christ was born and even though He came with the New Test...
