TOPIC: BE PEACEFUL. TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 19
TEXT: PHILIPPIANS 4:6-9
KEY VERSE: “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” (JOHN 14:27).

Here is a message of inspiration from the Lord to bless your soul this morning.

My child, you must let My peace enfold you, and as it does so, do not look at yourself but at Me! It is truly a healing peace. It is all that you need. Remember that My peace blots out all the hurts of the past. But for My peace you would be at the mercy of so much from your past experience. By your obedience, let that peace abide. There is no need to “analyze” whether you have My peace - just know it is there, shielding you, as you tread My way. My Name, the Name JESUS brings peace. Say it to Me in love. Say it to yourself to comfort your heart unfailingly.

“For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son.” (Colossians 1:9-13.).

To walk in My ways, My children must start from the fervent desire to please Me. They must kindle that desire, see how vital it is, and mobilized all their forces around ensuring that My will is done in their lives. What must be understood is that the actual yielding to My will, the conscious assent to it in any situation, automatically releases the power needed to carry it out. Frequently during each day gently tell Me “Your will be done, Lord”. As you grow in this attitude of relaxed submission you will find yourself, quite naturally, refusing anything contrary to My purposes for you.

Thought for the Day: Fret about nothing. Let the peace of God rule your heart.
Song for the Day: Peace, perfect peace.
Bible reading for the day: Ecclesiastes 7-9; 2 Corinthians 11:1-15

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
