TESTIMONY OF CONFIRMATION OF DIVINE CALLING SATURDAY MAY 13 TEXT: PSALM 37: 3 - 9 Key verse: “Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not? Lamentation” 3: 37 I remember something. When I was in ABU Zaria, there was a programe someone organized in a Gymnasium, and some white people were invited for that programe. So I came there. Maybe there could have been a crowd of up to a thousand or so. I sat there thinking and getting excited. And then the Lord came to me and asked me, What do you want Me to do for you in this programe? I said, Lord, You have been speaking about my future. You have been telling me. Lord, You have been telling me about the future, about the ministry you have for me. I am not clear. Here in this programe, I don’t know how, but since You have asked me to tell You what I want, I want You to make the future ministry You have for me clear. The Lord said I have heard you. Now I will do that for you but make sure you keep yourself holy, you keep yourself righteous and I will do it for you. So, having known that it was the Lord that spoke to me, I now kept myself holy, consecrated myself in that meeting and kept myself righteous. Day one and Day two passed, I think it was on Day three, that a woman came out from the Congregation and was speaking in tongues profusely. After her speech in tongues, an interpreter came, one that had the gift of interpretation. He came up and said, ‘there are ten people here that God had called them to the ministry, and the Lord wants you to come forward so that you can be anointed’. Yes, you are one of them, can you stand up and come forward? Yes, I stood up and went forward. Another person stood up from the other angle and came to the front, and a man came with his wife since they considered themselves as one. So when we stood there at the altar, you know, I asked myself, How many of us are standing here? I just bent backwards to count the number and I counted eleven, that is the man and his wife made us ten. Exactly as the Lord had said. And they prayed for us. I was full of joy. Praise the Lord. Thought for the day: Trust in the Lord with all your heart Song for the day: Trust and obey, for there is no other way, to be happy in Jesus but to trust and obey. Bible reading for the day: 2 Kings 6-8; John 4:31-54 #horemow

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
