THE DANGER OF IGNORANCE
MONDAY MARCH 20
TEXT: GENESIS 20: 2-7
Key Verse: "....And he said, LORD, wilt thou slay also a righteous nation? Said he not unto me, she is my sister? And she, even she herself said, he is my brother: in the integrity of my heart and innocency of my hands have I done this" Genesis. 20: 4 - 5
In law, ignorance is not an excuse. Being ignorant of the law does not exempt you from the punishment due, when you break it. King Abimelech took Sarah, Abraham’s wife, but despite his claim of innocence and pureness of heart, was still subject to the judgment of God. When confronted by God, he pleaded innocence due to his ignorance of the truth of the real matter. Yet this did not exempt him from the judgment of God. Sins committed unknowingly and inadvertently, is still the commandment of God broken in your ignorance. Many people religiously, out of sincere and innocent heart, follow after God, but in reality are sincerely wrong and their actions condemned by God for non-compliance to His word and righteous standard. On the other hand, there are others, who though are in church and appear dedicated to God's service and their leaders, have been misinformed and are not taught the whole doctrine of truth as outlined in the scriptures. It is so sad that these two groups will end in hell.
This is one of the great dangers of following after false pastors, teachers, evangelists, and prophets who give false hope and assurance, guaranteeing their ignorant followers that all is well when the opposite is the case. Many preachers today, tell their congregation that there is nothing wrong with putting on of eye-lashes, weave-on, mini-skirts, earrings, nose rings, necklace; women wearing trousers, perming their hair, putting on transparent dresses, and so on, that they are a matter of choice. Sadly, many believe them, and others because they have seen other people putting on all these, in their ignorance follow sheepishly to their own doom. The God who did not excuse king Abimelech, but declared judgment on him for his misdeed, will also not excuse these people, He shall not pity them for their ignorance, but shall surely condemn them to HELL FIRE. Therefore be wise and escape for your life!

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
