For taking your time to study remain blessed. April 1st TOPIC: TRUST GOD TO OVERCOME CHALLENGES IN ALL AREAS OF LIFE    Text: Matthew 7: 7-11 Key verse: Psalm 125:1 They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever. In Your Marriage: How well do you know that man or woman you are desperately running after for marriage? Trust God to reveal your heaven-ordained marriage partner to you. Put all problems and prospects of your marriage in the basket of trust and leave them there. In Your Health: God is the true and unfailing solution provider to your health challenges. Believe God and trust Him to overcome all your health challenges. In this matter, the medical report of doctors is irrelevant. Lazarus will rise again! In Your Daily Bread: Trust God for what to eat and drink every day. Trust God for your clothing and shelter. You may have a desire to serve the Lord but you need His empowerment for you to do so. When you serve...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. March Tuesday 31st TOPIC: THE POWER OF DISCIPLINE TEXT: Jeremiah 35:1-10 KEY VERSE: 1Corinthians 9:27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway. In today’s reading text, we see Jonadab as an example of a self-denier. He was a man of high discipline, who also inculcated discipline in his children. He observed that the children of Israel had backslidden and he being a righteous man, did not want his children to join them in their rebellion against God.  Jonadab, in his fear of the Lord and love for Him, instructed his children to keep away from the children of Israel so that they don’t get polluted as well. They must avoid practicing everything the children of Israel were practicing. He took them to a location and asked them not to build a house but to live in tents, and they should neither plant vineyards nor drink wine.  He ga...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. March Monday 30th TOPIC: GOD IS SEEKING VOLUNTEERS TO REMOVE THE SIEGE OF SATAN AGAINST THE CHURCH TEXT: 2 Kings 6:24-30 KEY VERSE: Isaiah 6:8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me. In today’s bible reading, study the situation and understand the spiritual sense of it. Physically, Benhadad the king of Syria wanted to capture Samaria and destroy it. Because he was stronger and had bigger army, he brought his army and surrounded the wall of the city, waiting for anyone that would come out or just let the gate open so they could enter the city and capture it. When the children of Israel saw this, they shut the gate and no man went out or came in. This went on for a long time and they soon ran out of food since they could not go out to replenish their stock of food. Things got so bad that even the excreta of dove were being sold. Can you imagine that kind of ...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. March Sunday 29th TOPIC: DON'T BE TROUBLED OR GO INTO SORROW BECAUSE OF MARRIAGE TEXT: Psalm 115:9-11 KEY VERSE: Colossians 3:2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. Spend more time in the things of God than thinking about marriage. Bible says in Colossians 3:1-4: [1] If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. [2] Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. [3] For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. [4] When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. This is not to say that you should abandon or neglect family issue or give priority over church matters than family matters, no! But, let your focus be on heaven. God should come first, after that your family, then your ministry or church. Don't be overburdened or go into sorrow because of marriage or b...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. March Saturday 28th TOPIC: DELIVERANCE FROM AUTISM – By Seraphine Epie (U.K.) – Part 2 TEXT: Psalm 107:21-22 KEY VERSE: Psalm 40:3 And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD. (Continued from yesterday) Going back home, I knew God was the final solution. I equipped myself for battle in scriptures and prayers. I got advice to always play good gospel music in my son’s room especially at night. I prayed and prayed for hours every night in his room while he slept. I prayed, I sang, I cried. I was always reminding God of His promises. I thank God Almighty because He did not fail us.  The Lord is indeed faithful to His word as He set Elnathan free from the spirit of autism. Just weeks into the prayer we noticed he started sleeping peacefully at night and was no more screaming. We also noticed that he started doing unimaginable things like spelling the name...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. March Friday 27th TOPIC: DELIVERANCE FROM AUTISM – By Seraphine Epie (U.K.) – Part 1 TEXT: Isaiah 41:9-10 KEY VERSE: Isaiah 41:13 For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. I live in the UK and attend the Birmingham Unit of Holiness Revival Movement. I had my son Elnathan in the UK on September 2012 by caesarean section. As time went on, it was discovered that he had hearing problems and so had to undergo operations and grommets were fitted in his ears. As if that was not enough, at the age of four he could neither talk nor understanding anything that was said. He was always very aggressive. He was referred to a Speech and Language Therapist and offered free extra nursery days in an effort to change the situation. One other disturbing thing was that our son could not sleep at night. He often screamed in the middle of the night and ran away from his room to ours as if something was ch...
For taking your time to study remain blessed March Thursday 26th TOPIC: TRUSTING GOD IS SOMETHING THAT SWEETENS HIS HEART Text: John 15: 1-5 Key verse: Hebrew 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Everyone that comes to God must believe that God is and able to handle his matter. Coming to God with this understanding requires that you cast all your burdens upon Him, for He cares for you. It is good that a man should both hope and wait patiently upon the Lord. This life of trust in God is a profitable exercise. Trust pleases the Lord and when the way of man pleases the Lord, He makes His enemy to be at peace with him. If you want the peace of God in every matter, believe Him and trust in Him continually. This will draw the presence and power of God to your life. Trust will bring the riches of heaven down to s...
