HOW TO BE SANCTIFIED

TEXT: 1 THESSALONIANS 5:22-24
KEY VERSE: DANIEL 1:8 But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drinks: therefore he requested of the prince of eunuch that he might not defile himself.
To be sanctified and remain sanctified you have to do the following.
* Be determined: If you do not want sin and evil to manifest in your life come to that determination. Come to that state that you have made up your mind that sin will not have dominion over you and that sin will never rule your life. All carnality must be gotten rid of. Be determined that your heart shall never envy a man nor lust after a woman.
Psalm 17:3 thou has proved my heart; thou hast visited me in the night; thou hast tried me, and shall find nothing; I am purposed that my mouth shall not transgress.
* Put your faith in God: Believe that God can do it. Matthew 9:28; Jesus said to the blind man, Believe ye that I can do this? "They said yea Lord’ if you believe, He can keep you from sinning; it Will be according to your faith.
 * Pray to God for it: Tell God what you want Him to do for you. Tell Him to take away the remaining sin of Adamic nature and inbred pollution. Keep on praying until this is done.
Matthew 7:7-11
7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth, and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
9 Or what man is there of you, whom if his son asks bread, will he give him a stone?
10 Or if he asks a fish, will he give him a serpent?
11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
1 Thessalonians 5:22-24
22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly, and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
