June Tuesday 30th
TOPIC: TESTIMONY OF CONVERSION AND RESTITUTION BY BRO. KENNETH ONUTU (BAYERN, GERMANY) – Part 2
TEXT: Jeremiah 32:26-27
KEY VERSE: John 11:40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?
(Continued from yesterday).
Then we learnt about restitution. Doing restitution to the Bayern government was a difficult thing because they are tough to deal with, but we made up our mind to confess our sins to the authorities. After we did, they rejected our plea and told us to leave the country. My wife counselled me to seek the services of a lawyer, but I objected and started thinking of how to return to Nigeria and start something there. At the same time, I was crying to God to make the impossible to happen.  I was always seeing myself working for Pastor Rika in dreams. This began to build my confidence and give me peace of mind. However, the government had requested for my passport. I saw Jesus appear to me and said, ‘My son, I am with you. This government is ready to deport you, but because you walk in my statutes, you will not leave this country for you are working for me. I allow some people to go home, because they were preached to but they did not believe. But you will not go home, I am the God of impossibilities. Anything impossible, I make possible.’ So, I began to find faith that Jesus would do something.
The court called me again, and I used the opportunity to preach to them. I told them, ‘I preach Jesus Christ and if you send me home Jesus will visit you people.’ I was angry because my name should not be among the names they are threatening to deport, so I decided to preach Jesus to the court. So, my case got concluded very fast. The man asked why I did the restitution and I told him Jesus told me to do it. He was very surprised. I told him Jesus command everyone everywhere to repent including the judge.  They then concluded among themselves that I was original Christian. They wanted to know more about the Ministry of Holiness Revival Movement and what we do. Then to my utmost surprise the judge said, ‘I will help you.’ I am telling you God has done something wonderful in our lives. The Lord has made a way for us to get documents through our son who was born in Germany. Praise the Lord! Today, not only do I have documents but I am having a brand new house. A house that I just finished building. In the same month, I got a job too. I was also able to buy a car. Praise the Lord! God has done it for me and my family, and He will do it for you if you are an original Christian in Jesus Name! Amen!
Thought for the day: God did mine, He will also do yours only if you can have faith.
Song for the day: He has done for me … what my father cannot do he has done for me
Bible reading for the day: Job 19-20; Acts 9:23-43

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
