TOPIC: REQUIRED QUALIFICATION FOR WOMEN IN THE WORK OF MINISTRY OF THEIR HUSBANDS – Part 2
TEXT: Luke 1:5-6
KEY VERSE: Titus 2:3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;

In these days of ministry, you find instances where husbands and wives fight at home, they live in bitterness, struggle, quarrel, and yet come to preach the gospel and sing choruses to the Lord. How would the Lord bless that? How would the Lord honour that? You are keeping malice at home but you come to church pretending as if all is well. Any time there is small misunderstanding, you will cease talking to each other. How will righteousness rule in your ministry? If you come to the altar, to give a gift unto the Lord and remember that your wife is making trouble with you or has ought against you, drop that thing and go and settle it. That is what the Jesus says.

This is how a wife that is not cooperating, a wife that refuses to understand can frustrate the ministry of the husband. Yet we are looking for revival, we are praying for revival saying, ‘O Lord use me, o Lord use me’. If the Lord would use you, woman, whom He has given a husband to, whom He has given a husband with ministry to, the greatest use is submission to your husband, cooperation with and obedience to your husband to cause the home to be well managed as an example because the work is a spiritual work. It is not mental, it is not mechanical, it is a spiritual work. The church died because these things were ignored, everybody was just managing. Flies are all over the place because there is an ungovernable wife at home. The Lord will not allow it. Repent of it now. How can His son come to Him asking for bread and He will give him a stone that cannot be melted down, a hardhearted woman that is not soft? No! If you are not soft, if you are tough and the biting type of woman, don’t be asking God for a husband. Come down, humble yourself and then ask God for a husband, He will give you because He will only give His son a good thing that will contribute to the work He has given him as it was with Sarah and Abraham.

Thought for the day: Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
Song for the day: We are able to go up and take the country
Bible reading for the day: Nehemiah 12-13; Acts 4:23-37

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

January Saturday 18th TOPIC: HOW TO ATTAIN BIBLE HOLINESS TEXT: Romans 6:20-23 KEY VERSE: Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. Besides the essential knowledge of the holy life of a Christian, it is good to understand the manner and process of becoming holy before God. Holiness of life is a life that has overcome sin through the saving power of Jesus Christ. Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. It is a life that does not commit sin. 1John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for His seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. Getting this experience requires four things: 1. Know that apart from holiness, there is no alternative lifestyle for heaven. Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holin...
