For taking your time to study remain blessed. TREAT LEADERS SCRIPTURALLY. FRIDAY JANUARY 20 TEXT: ACTS 4: 19-20 Key verse: “Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, we ought to obey God rather than men” Acts 5:29. If a leader is fallen into sin, error or gone into false doctrine, make good and wise effort to reprove him and restore him to truth. If he refuses to repent, withdraw from him or seek his removal from leadership position, depending on the situation and the administrative pattern. Never consider the sin or evil doctrine of your unrepentant leaders as a small thing. It shall damn your souls to hell! You are not sold to a leader but to Christ. The leader who has turned away from Christ must be abandoned as expired drugs. James 5:19-20 Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins. Titus 3:10-11A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject; Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself. Do not seek prayer and blessing from backslidden ministers or false prophets. They may impart their corrupt and rebellious spirit into you. Some are operating by demonic power. Laying hands on you may be dangerous to your life. Value your soul above physical blessing. Those you may seek prayer and spiritual blessing from should be righteous and true leaders, with good Christian testimony. Honour the word of God above the word of your leaders. Do not equate the words of your human leaders to the word of God, unless he is speaking from the word of God. Believe the word of God and defend it above the words of your leaders. Obey the word of God rather than the words of men. Do not support the ministry of an ungodly and backslidden leader or a false prophet in cash or in kind, however close he is to you. To do so is to partake in his evil deeds and suffer the same Divine judgment, to support them is to promote their evil deeds against God and men. Thought for the day: Do not support the ministry of a backslidden leader or a false prophet. Song for the day: There’s not a friend like the lowly Jesus, No, not one! No, not one….. Bible reading for the day: Genesis 46-48; Matthew 14:22-36 #horemow.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
