THE DIGNITY OF THE WOMAN SATURDAY JANUARY 14 TEXT: GENESIS 1:27-31 Key verse: “Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands” Proverbs 14:1. The woman was created together with the man by God for His pleasure and to fulfill His Divine purpose. Both the woman and the man are to enjoy the glory of God in their lives. But iniquity caused the glory of God to depart from her as well as from the man. Through the sacrificial death of Jesus, any woman who believes in Christ enjoys restoration to God’s glory and regains the dignity of womanhood. God’s ways and works are perfect. Whatsoever He makes, He makes it perfectly. He created the woman good, perfect and built in glorious qualities into her that made her dignified, these include the following; God made her a good thing, She was made an object of love to man, She was made a person of honour and dignity, She is prudent and wise, She was made virtuous, she was made peaceful and faithful, To crown it all, she was made to serve the Lord. Surely, the woman God made was glorious and of dignity. God had a vision and a purpose for creating the man and the woman. The woman was created after the man to be a partner to the man. The partnership of the woman to the man was; In dominion over the earth, In procreation to fill the earth through child bearing, In worship of God, In Divine service. We can see that the woman is truly not inferior to man in creation. She was a suitable peer to him. Neither man nor the woman should look at the woman as inferior to man. We see through scripture right from the beginning that the woman was powerful in influence. Her beauty, softness, power of speech and attitude can break into any man and make them yield. The devil discovered this and used it for the fall of man. But the godly woman can use this special nature to influence men and the society in godliness, peace and prosperity. Woman, God wants you to return to the original state He made you and put on His glory and the dignity of womanhood. Sin has caused the woman to be depraved today and to be sidelined by man, but God wants to restore you through Jesus Christ. Work hard to be different from the worldly women. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, live godly, holy, righteous and you shall be saved. Thought for the day: Work hard to be different from the worldly women Song for the day: Holiness is the beauty of believer, Lord I want to be Holy… Bible reading for the day: Genesis 33-35; Matthew 11 #horemow.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
