MUMMY! COME BACK WITH THE BLESSING OF A BABY”

God's blessing shall follow you, for taking out time to study.

TOPIC: “MUMMY! COME BACK WITH THE BLESSING OF A BABY”

TEXT: 1 SAMUEL 2: 1-10

TUESDAY NOVEMBER 28TH

Key verse: 1 Samuel 2: “There is none holy as the LORD; for there is none beside Thee; neither is there any rock like our God.”
My name is Sister Jemimah from the Taraba state chapter. I thank God for the wonderful blessing He has given to my family. I have been married for nine years and praying for the fruit of the womb but there was no issue. I attended the women's conference in 2022 and on the last night, something remarkable happened. Mummy Linda gave a revelation that the Lord Jesus had sent a white truck loaded with blessings and gifts for all participants in the conference. She said the angels offloaded the blessings and brought them right before the altar and encouraged us to make our requests to God because the Lord has presented an opportunity to everyone present to make requests from Him. I prayed fervently and requested for God to bless me with a baby boy.
As I was deeply engrossed in prayers, my phone started ringing persistently. At first, I ignored the phone and continued to pray; hoping that the caller would realize that I was not disposed to pick up the call but the phone continued to ring so I picked up the phone to check the name of the caller and discovered that it was my husband calling from home. I overcame the temptation to interrupt my prayers and did not answer the call. I made sure that I prayed through until I received assurance from the Lord. Thereafter, Daddy Paul Rika pronounced blessings on us and encouraged us that as Eli pronounced an Amen on Hannah’s prayers, he has done so for our heart desires. I believed God that my prayers had been answered.
Later, I called my husband back and asked him why he was calling me when I was praying and asking God for blessings. He responded by saying, “Mummy, come with the blessing of a baby.” I said, ‘Amen’ and assured my husband that the Lord has already answered our prayers. After the conference, I went back home and for three months, I could not see my monthly period. I went to the hospital for a test and they confirmed that I was pregnant. Praise the Lord! Nine months later I was safely delivered of a bouncing baby boy in answer to our prayers. We have named him, ‘Shimaladi’; meaning, ‘I put my hope in God.’ Alleluia!

Thought for the day: There are always showers of blessings when God visits

Song for the day: O yes, He answers prayers …

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
