LET YOUR SPIRIT, SOUL AND BODY BE PRESERVED BLAMELESS

God's blessings shall follow you for taking the time to study.

TOPIC: LET YOUR SPIRIT, SOUL AND BODY BE PRESERVED BLAMELESS

TEXT: 1 THESSALONIANS 5:22-24

THURSDAY NOVEMBER 2ND

Key verse: 1 Thessalonians 5: 23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
God created humans with three parts: the spirit, the soul and the body. The three are separate entities but exist as one. Each part has to be taken good care of for one to live well here on earth and in eternity. It is very essential therefore that you care well for your spirit, soul and body. The three persons in a man - the spirit, the soul and the body, should be well cared for and be well preserved. It is the responsibility of God to preserve you blameless to the end. It is God's responsibility and it is also your responsibility. If you do your own part well, God will surely do His own. It is a covenant. It is an agreement between God and you. God will do His own part because He is faithful, but you too must play your own role. It is a dual responsibility. It is the desire of God that we should be spiritually fruitful, holy and healthy.
The wellbeing of the whole man in spirit, soul and body is what God desires for you. Brethren, desire this also for your fellow ones in Christ. Desire their soundness in spirit, soul and body. The spirit and the soul form the spiritual man, which we do not see. What we see is the physical body. We cannot touch our spirit or soul which are joined very tightly together but the word of God can separate between the two. However, what we see is the body. Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. We should wish for the wellbeing of our brothers and sisters (the brethren). Wish for the wellbeing of the members of your Church. Apostle Paul said, I have not shunned to present unto you all that is profitable to you, because I desire your wellbeing; spiritual welfare, bodily welfare and good health.

Thought for the day: God desires your prosperity, soundness and wellbeing.

Song for the day: Praise the Lord, my spirit, soul and body…

Bible reading for the day: Jeremiah 33-35; Titus 3

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
